This page contains the legal terms and conditions governing the website www.quintadabornacha.com. Browsing this website implies acceptance of all the provisions contained in this document. All reservations made through this website are governed by these general conditions and other instructions for use contained on this website, without prejudice to other useful information provided at the entrance to the Quinta da Bornacha agrotourism. All customers are invited to read these general conditions carefully.

Quinta da Bornacha, a trademark registered with INPI under number: 625465, is registered with Turismo de Portugal under number: 10007 and is managed by the company Eco-Montesgarb Lda, with NIPC: 507671821, with headquarters at Rua da Lota, 17, 8900-037 Vila Nova de Cacela.

These general conditions regulate reservations for stays at Quinta da Bornacha by users.

Check-in/check-out times Check-in from 15:00 to 24:00. Departure at 10:00 am.

No curfew Customers can come and go as they please.

The entrance gate to the Farm is automatic, providing the respective code before customers arrive. Units A, B, and C have key fobs on their respective doors, with individual codes that will also be communicated to each customer.

Conference Animals Pets are not allowed.

Internet Free Wi-Fi access is available inside the accommodation and in a large outdoor area that includes the garden and swimming pool. The password is provided on-site.

Parking Free private parking. Charging your vehicle using 16 amp electrical sockets is also free.

Children and extra beds Extra beds are allowed up to the limit defined, at the lottery office of each unit, by the number in parentheses.

Crib and Extra Bed Policy There is a capacity for one crib each for accommodation units A, B, and C. Cancellation Policy Reservations can be canceled if made prior to 30 days of arrival date at 00:00 (hotel local time).

If reservations are canceled between 15 and 30 days from 00:00 (local time) on the arrival date, they will be penalized by 50% of the amount to be paid.

If reservations are canceled within 7 days prior to 00:00 (local time) on the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and the right to any refund of the same amount will be forfeited.

In case of non-comparison by the customer, there will be no right to any refund of the amount paid.

In case of cancellation, made by the owner for unforeseen reasons, the amount to be refunded to each customer will be made under the same conditions as cancellations initiated by the customers. To do this, the customer must communicate the IBAN/SWIFT number to the owner. The respective amount will be returned the following week.


SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY The company Eco-Montesgarb has a family structure, with a share capital of €10,000.00. Its main activity is the operation of the Quinta da Bornacha agrotourism unit, which began operating in 2022. Associated with this activity, it seeks to contribute to the economic development of the Algarve, promoting the uses and customs linked to traditional agricultural crops in conjunction with the most recent ones. It also seeks to promote and inform its customers about the area's rich heritage, cultural traditions, and multiple reasons for fun and hospitality, from restaurants to beaches and the multiple leisure circuits available in the mountains, at sea, or in the estuary.

Quinta da Bornacha is environmentally friendly, being equipped with photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and sale of surplus energy, released into the public grid. The house's construction materials give it maximum energy efficiency. It is equipped with underfloor heating provided by solar thermal panels, whose accumulated energy is also used to heat hot sanitary water. Additionally, you can use a heat pump installed outside.

In addition to agrotourism and solar energy production, Eco-Montesgarb develops its agricultural activity as a producer of dried, subtropical and other fruits.
